He's who answered the phone when I called, he's the one I met the next day as agreed, he's the one who took me through the no-nonsense test-drive and talk about the car, he's the one who made an outstanding recommendation re: financing that really worked in my favor, he's the one who kept his commitment to have the car ready when I needed to pick it up, he's the one who was good-natured and good-humored throughout the process -- including being sensitive and responsive to some paperwork particulars I had -- and he's the one from whom I could not extract so much as a dollar off asking price. That didn't matter as I believed the deal was fair and I sincerely appreciated that the registration was right and tight when I left. I'd return again for sure.
