I purchased my 2022 Hyundai Palisade in November of 2023. It looked like the entire dealership was brand new. The staff has been nothing but professional and very helpful answering any of my questions. I live in Charlotte, NC and at first was concerned with the drive to Statesville. It has really turned out much easier to have my service appointments at Flow Hyundai of Statesville. It takes me one hour door to door. The services department is great about knocking out my appointment very quickly. I'm back in my car heading home. So usually 3 hours, but I would rather spend 2 hours driving on the interstate in off peak traffic hours then spending 3+ hours at Charlotte dealership. Even though its closer to home, the dealerships in Charlotte are usually booked out even for a simple oil change 4 weeks. And good luck getting a loaner car in Charlotte while your car is in service. Nope, I'll keep driving to Flow Hyundai of Statesville, I'm happy to deal with their great service.
