Ronnie was great from helping walk me through ordering in July (9 mos ago) all the way through delivery yesterday. Thanks too to Justin for helping finish the paperwork with flood issues around the area. These guys answered lots of questions, and they were honest with me throughout. Easiest car deal I've done. And so far the hybrid gas mileage in a pickup was worth the wait!

If you want to purchase a vehicle from a family owned dealership with an incredible reputation, this is your place. I have not had the experience of purchasing a vehicle from them, but my children were invited to their Gullo Christmas for kids. This dealership and family are doing amazing things in our community. Outstanding sales and service department! Purchased our Ford150 there in 2021, absolutely smooth process! Recently contacted the service department to have 3 recalls taken care of, appointment was promptly made for a technician to come to my home and service our vehicle. Technician arrived promptly as promised, issues resold within 30 minutes. How refreshing!! I bought my son his first car from Gullo Ford over the phone from the state of New Mexico. This process was surprisingly easy. My sales person was very patient with my repeated phone calls and request for FaceTime virtual tours of the vehicle. Additionally, this dealer does not have tons of add-ons like many other dealerships that inflate the price. They gave us a great deal, and the out-the-door price was very close to the sticker price. I would definitely recommend this dealership for an in-person or out-of-state purchase!

Jordan Gonzales made the initial contact with me from my online inquiry. My initial inquiry about the 23 Bronco Heritage was on Thrs eve, 1/11, Jordan called me, we talked about the Bronco and scheduled an appt for 10am Sat morning on 1/13.
