I bought my first ever car from them. It was a straightforward and smooth process because of Rafi. I submitted an online request, and he contacted me immediately and listened to what I wanted. Even though I lived 2 hours away from Dallas, it was a great decision to drive there and buy it. I went there with my mom as she was visiting me from another country, but she felt very nice because of Rafi’s friendly behavior and taking care of her all the time during all the paperwork, and I left her alone at the showroom to return my rental car at Hertz.
