Jim, the owner, is a great guy. I called him on a Friday morning explaining I needed my alternator swapped out, ideally that day, and without hesitation, he said he would be able to fit me in. That already would warrant a great review, but he went above and beyond. I had a new alternator that I had ordered and purchased from an auto parts store that I dropped off with the truck. However, when Jim called, he said that it wasn't the correct part, so he went ahead and drove to another auto parts store, got the right part and installed that for me instead. Just a few hours after I had called, my truck was all set and and roadworthy again. He's incredibly nice and does great work, go here if you need any repairs.

I had a rattle under our rental car. I figured it would be an easy fix but couldn’t get underneath to check (Toyota Corolla).
