The whole experience at Lacy Subaru was great! Jake was my sales consultant and he made the whole process on Lacy's end smooth and enjoyable. The rest of the staff that I interacted with were friendly and outgoing, as well! I got there around 9:30AM, did a test drive, went through the process of making my purchase, and left in my new car a little before 1PM.
