We really enjoyed working with Jacob. Did a great job. He’s new to the business. Knew when to ask for help from others. Was quick to respond to our questions. Followed up after the sale.
Setting up the appointment using the website was not easy so I decided to call. Tate was great. I was able to drop off the truck earlier after hours and they fit in the repair two days earlier. I really like that they wash the vehicle after. However, the dust cover on my hitch is missing. This has happened twice before and you’d think I’d remember to remove it at drop off but it’s just not something you think about. Not sure if there’s a way to have it returned or replaced.
Matt was very friendly and easy to talk to. He showed us 3 other cars but we keep going back to the blazer. Everyone we talk to was great
