Highly recommend the service dept. Larry, the service manager is the best I've met. He was great about explaining the repairs and with answering all my questions. We have used other nearby Ford Service centers and Rochester Ford beats them all. They knew we were needing our vehicle back a.s.a.p. and their service guy came into work early and completed the job way earlier than estimated and better yet...they were under the quoted cost. They earned a repeat customer here.
