2025 Ford Bronco Sport Outer Banks 4X4

Mat, the sales manager at Londonderry Ford performed magic getting our order fulfilled when demand for the Bronco was very high and production was barely existent. No other dealer in our area (RI & MA) was able to get it done. On the day of delivery, the sales team had the vehicle and paperwork all ready when my wife and I arrived. They spent time going over all the features of the vehicle, including assistance setting up the Ford app on our phones and demonstrating how it works. I'm in my 60's and have purchased many cars in my lifetime. My experience with Londonderry Ford was probably the best. The only negative is that they have a very strange policy regarding sales tax with the state of RI. Thanks again to Mat, we were able to work around this policy and close the deal amicably

Service like I remember. It started with a great service advisor, Marybeth, she was super friendly, funny, and was great with follow up. As for the service, it was performed as requested with an appointment I didn't have to wait weeks or more for and was ready within the predicted window of time. I'll add, everyone I dealt with was friendly & professional and seemed appreciative of my business. Ford of Londonderry is a bit out of my way but they are now the dealership servicing all my families Ford vehicles.
