I purchased a pre-owned 2023 Porsche Cayenne from this dealership yesterday, April 15, and I'm extremely satisfied with the entire process. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, I was impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of William. He showed me the car and answered all my questions, providing thorough information about its features and history. The entire showing experience was seamless and enjoyable. The price negotiation was handled with transparency and honesty. The dealership was fair and reasonable, ensuring that I received a great deal on my purchase. What amazed me the most was how quickly the paperwork was processed. Within less than an hour, everything was completed, and I was ready to drive off in my new Porsche Cayenne. Chris Kendall is hands down!!! ?????????? He worked with me being out of town, quick response, communication, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. And we got a great deal ! The Vehicle was CPO but within 2 months needed a new battery, alternator, spark pug,and turbo. Chris was quick to get all these matters taken care of even out of town! His manager however, was not as helpful to me. So took off a star . Great business and definitely gives you 5-Star treatment

5 ?if I was rating on professionalism. BUT I am not. The window trim/weather strip was coming off my back passenger window. I took my car in, they glued it back and by the time I got home, it had popped off again. I glued/taped it. Took it in yesterday. Guess what, The same thing happened but this time, they used something like saranwrap to hold it down. Well, it started to rain and this time, the WHOLE trim/strip came off on 192. Now, there's nothing there. I called my service rep (Mak I did not leave a message for him) but he told me yesterday that he will call me on how to resolve the matter and the service manager. (I left a message) It is now 10:52pm on 1/16/24 & no return phone call or followup call. Now, I have to call corporate to get this taken care of; when all they had to do was FIX it the first time, instead of pretending to fix it. Each time they pretend to fix it and by the time that I get home (St Cloud) it comes off again. Update: Forgot to mention that I took my car in because the check engine light keeps coming on. Was told it was a system update issue and it was reset. Light back on today. GGRRRRRR UPDATE: 4/7/2024.. The check engine light was due to the catalytic converter. It was replaced and the window trimming was fixed. I just got back from ATL, the light didn't come on and everything seems to be running smoothly. My service rep, Adam Fleshman was very respectful and attentive to my concerns and needs. I am pleased with the outcome. Thank you!
