This was hands down the BEST car buying experience of my lifetime. Jeremy, John, and Choy went out of their way to take phenomenal care of us throughout the entire purchasing process. The team at Marin Ford made sure we understood all of the features of the car we were purchasing to make sure it was the right fit for us. After selecting the right vehicle, the team efficiently put together a very fair deal on the car. As cheesy as it sounds, they really treated us like family, and helped us celebrate this exciting milestone. We even got to ring the bell, and we’re surrounded by the office applauding! I must take the time to specifically highlight the supreme customer service that was Jeremy. Jeremy was highly communicative, went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, and went so far as to help me remove my custom license plate from my trade in car, and personally installed it on my new car! I’d been to other dealerships in the area, and they just didn’t seem to care as much about my experience. The team never pressured us, they helped us make the right decision for us. Jeremy at Marin County Ford gave us the perfect car buying experience! After being to multiple dealerships and dealing with stereotypical car salesmen, we finally met Jeremy, who was flipped the entire car buying process from stressful & difficult to easy & fun. Jeremy’s friendly and non-pressurized approach mixed with the best price for the new car, as well as our trade-in made the entire process a breeze. He walked us through all the steps and options(financial and non-financial). Provided all the details very patiently and asked us to take our time and think about it. He went above and beyond to make the car, with specific specs, available the very next day. He kept us updated on any and everything and even stayed beyond the closing time. Jeremy even let us have a loaner car(Bronco) which was such a pleasant surprise because the sale was not finalized yet and they didn’t want us driving the trade-in. He could’ve asked us to call an Uber instead of giving us a loaner!!! Also, shout out to Choy who made the financing part of the process so much easy, he walked us through each document very patiently, answered all our questions and concerns with a smile on his face. He even gave us a really good deal on the exterior packages(paint, tires & rims). The entire team at Marin County Ford gave us such a wonderful car buying experience that I can’t thank them enough!
