I had the greatest easiest process with finding my new car. I have been having issues with my 2014 VW Passat and I was shopping around and heard great things about ALM. When I came in, Bill Hicks greeted me with the most personable and welcoming smile and demeanor. I test drove a few cars and ended up going to other dealers but I knew that I wanted to make my purchase from ALM Kennesaw and it was because of Bill. He made me feel at ease he didn’t pressure me or harass me into purchasing from them and the vibe from everyone in the dealership was so welcoming.
