2024 Ford Mustang-Mach-e Select

It was a challenge to get the car I ordered 11-13-2023, 9.5 months ago. 2024 Mustang GT premium. The car arrived and we spent almost 7 hours total, between 2 days, to finally leave with car at 11-13-2023 signed worksheet order price. They tried to charge us 1300 extra and my original worksheet included "all weather liners" as my 2023 request for interior and trunk. However I never got the trunk liner, didn't check when I left since they were inside car. Finance office took the longest even though this was a cash pay deal. My 2015 mustang and 2021 Lariat truck were the best deals for minimal stress and time at dealer. This purchase was quite the opposite. A struggle from the moment car arrived trying to keep original deal. Carl and Nathan were pleasant and courteous. Had problem with car dash going black 2 weeks later and Carl was very helpful offering a loaner. Hopeful the software update scheduled will eliminate this problem in future. I'm still hopeful that original 11-2023 deal will be honored and trunk all weather liner arrives.

When I was first looking to get the new 2024 Mustang GT, I spoke with several dealerships to get an allocation. Bob Moore was the first to reach back out to me, so I went with them. Through out the whole process they were more than accommodating. Even though I was very particular about how I wanted the vehicle to be handled ( I did not want them to unpack it, detail it, or drill holes in the bumper) They did everything I asked and even followed up with my to make sure they had everything correct with my order. Dillon handled everything for me and was so delightful to work with. I would recommend Bob Moore over and over again. They are awesome!! Ask for Dillion and you will not be disappointed. He was very pleasant to work with and his customer service was impeccable!
