2023 Ford Mustang-Mach-e Select

I had ordered my truck 18 months ago , so imagine my frustration. But the salesperson (Josh) kept me informed and calm the whole time I was waiting. Not like I was the only one waiting. He explained everything thoroughly and was informed. He knew every detail of the truck and what had changed from year before. He was very articulate and to the point. I felt like I had gotten great info and was able to get out of the dealership in a decent amount of time. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from Josh and Norm Reeves. Monica , the finance lady was also great. Same. Well informed , explained everything and I felt like she didn’t waste any of my time. Thank you both for an easy and nice experience.

I placed a special order for my new Ford F250 with Oliver Nunez at Norm Reeves Ford. We discussed details and what pricing would be when the truck finally arrived. When it came time to complete the purchase, Oliver was on top of everything we had discussed. He had kept very detailed notes of all that we had discussed. All of this and they did not ask for any kind of deposit at time of order. No commitment on my part to actually purchase the truck. I was very impressed with the ordering and purchasing process.

Norm Reeves Ford Superstore in Cerritos has been my dealership of choice for many years, for both purchasing vehicles and having my car serviced there as well. I recently had a Works Fuel Saver Package special (I always try take advantage of the coupons) and they also performed their World Class Inspection. My service advisor, Tony Y. is very helpful and patiently answered all my service questions. My car was ready earlier than promised (I chose to wait inside) and it was ready for me after I paid. Another pleasant surprise was that Tony arranged to have my car washed before I received it. I have had many other great experiences at Norm Reeves. Their customer service has always earned 5 stars from me.
