WOW! purchased a CPO 2021 f-150 yesterday 3/30/24 and we could not be happier with the experience. Joan O. was our salesman, and he was amazing! Contacted me as soon as I put an online inquiry for a vehicle since I live about 1 1/2 hrs away from dealership. The next day after inquiry, my husband and I came into the business and were taken care of immediately by Joan, looking at the truck I inquired about and pulling additional vehicles to see and test drive. Absolutely no games are played by this dealer! Joan didn’t try to put us in a vehicle we didn’t want or couldn’t afford. He’s awesome, and might I add super friendly!! Manuel P. is who we worked with in finance, and he’s the real deal! Very informative, kind and gets the job done. He answered all my many of questions about what we were spending our money on, and laid out dollar by dollar where our money was going. Even worked with the lender to get us a lower rate before we even made it into his office to sign paperwork. Overall, every single person we encountered at this facility was personable and knowledgeable. This experience was 100% different than any other dealership we’ve bought cars from. Our whole family has been recommended to use Mullinax in the near future for their car buying as well. Kudos to all the staff at Mullinax Ford Kissimmee!
