My fiancee and I bought our 2024 Ford escape st lines from Jim o neal ford and they are always so nice and honest people and will always help the customers as much as they possibly can George kruer was are salesman and he is just awesome always love having george as our dealer he and Brandon milby have both helped us out with our current and previous veichles we bought in the past. We also gotten our cars maintenance there alot of times and never had any issues after wards and there technicians are very nolageable as well. Highly recommend them.

We just purchased a 2023 Mach 1 from Jim O’Neal Ford and we highly recommend them. Jason was our salesperson and he FaceTimed us and spent a lot of time going over the vehicle with us since we live out of state and couldn’t see it in person. We made a deal the same day. Customer service was excellent and you can tell that they truly care about their customers and are not just trying to get a sale. Jason FaceTimed us again when the driver showed up to pick up the vehicle and we got to watch as it was loaded onto the truck and on its way to us! If you are looking for a dealer who doesnt mess around but gives you the best deal without all the extra fees and the best customer service then don’t hesitate to buy from them! I had a bad experience at another dealership and Buick. A friend of mine recommended Jim O’Neil and Shaun. She also had owned several Ford Edge.
