I will definitely be back to buy my dream truck! :) Service team: On my way home from buying the Bronco I noticed that the plate covering the camera/holding the rear-view mirror was detached. I notified Daniel in sales immediately he referred me to the service team. I brought it into Daniel (from service), he had it look at it and determined they’d need to order a new part. Two days later I received a call from Jonathan and he sent out Mario and Ian with Ford Mobile Service. They came straight to my house and fixed it in less than 5min. I’m so happy at how quickly this was turned around and fixed. This is my first time experiencing mobile service in general and it was so convenient. I work full time and am a mother to a 9-year-old autistic boy and it can be challenging to get out of the house for services like this during the week. I had a really good experience buying my first truck here. Rebeccah was on top of everything and very knowledgeable. I got responses within minutes and paperwork we settled pretty much over email so that by the time I got there all I had to do was test drive and sign. There were no gotchas to the quoted prices nor did they try to slip anything past me (GAP/ESP) on the final sale. Very smooth transaction and process to the end.
