They bought all 3 of my vehicles and two we still owed on they worked the numbers and came back and gave us a great deal on a 2023 jeep grand Cherokee , plus they paid off my other cars Matt and Greg are excellent to work with they stayed late in the evening and they are not pushy like most dealerships they stayed late after hours to make sure we was good to go ! The service guy was great on setting up our vehicle as well and the financing guy I believe his name was Shane was also great ! I also recommend Shelby from there Jane MO dealership she hooked us up with Carthage one since it was closer ! Highly recommend both dealerships !! A plus in my book !

Found a used vehicle online. Requested to see if it's available. Gage Smith reached out to me and went above and beyond with customer service and communication. This gentlemen worked with me and his finance folks to give me a great deal on this vehicle. I drove three hours to pick it up. Test drove it, did the paperwork and was on my way back home in about an hour. This was one of the smoothest vehicle purchases I have ever experienced and I've bought allot of cars. Thank you for the outstanding experience Gage!

Carthage Ford is dishonest and untrustworthy. Don't even take your vehicle there. The service manager Bill is mean and nasty. I took my car in and told them I was disabled ?. If there was any little things that I could repair myself I would.take car and get it done then bring it back. I'm on a fixed income! I had a problem with the cooling fans not coming on at running g temperature. While sitting it would over flow out reservoir. While sitting. They drove it. Duh. Then they call me and say it's leaking gas out of a injector and my battery was shot. Then I ask if I could go ahead and replace the battery myself as I didn't know how to replace a fuel injector. But a battery is easy. They already had the new battery in! It was 220 just for the battery!!! And a battery kit. Which I didn't see what they did to install that still? Another 20.00. Then core charge etc... When I get my battery back because I always ask for my parts back from mechanics! Good thing I did. My battery wasn't only GOOD....it was newer than the one they installed!!! Cheats. Then the so called "injector". Wasn't a injector but was.a."fuel rail sensor" I bought the last one and installed it in the parking lot of AutoZone myself in 5 minutes for under 30.00. What did the experts at Wood charge me?? 175.00 just for the part! Then install of and hour for the battery and fuel rail sensor. I could do both in 20 minutes tops. So total bill was 700.00 and guess what? They told me that my fans was fine. They run in all low/med/hi. I get it home and I hear it boiling. Then I check by starting the car up after it was just running and warm. The fans don't run. They don't come on after 5 minutes either. So I turned the A/C on and then they worked. But if I turn car off then back on again? They don't run. So they didn't only do unnecessary repairs and overcharge me! They didn't even fix or find the problem!! What bozos! ???? Don't join the circus over in Carthage at Woods.!! I'm not going to add videos at this time. But they are coming trust me.
