I just purchased a 2020 Ford Edge ST from Vista Ford! We were immediately greeted by Kathy, one of their best sales reps! She gave us the VIP treatment by simply treating us like family instead of consumer. No pressure while browsing, gave her honest opinion on her vast vehicle knowledge on each ford model, and helped us find the car of our dreams. The Manager Chris welcomed us to the vista ford family, he previously greeted us a day before while we drove by the lot. Chris told us to come visit and little did we know we would be purchasing a car the next day. With their huge inventory of new and used cars that are certified gold by ford’s trained technicians, it was easy to make a decision on a purchase. John from Finance was great. He not only sold us a great bumper to bumper warranty but as well a multi visit maintenance warranty that covers everything from oil changes to break pads! What a deal and what an experience. I haven’t brought from a dealership in years and i was a little nervous but i am surely happy I decided to walk into Vista ford.
Buying a car is always a stressful experience that I loathe. This time at Vista Ford, it was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car. Brandon helped me choose the right vehicle and, after some negotiating, the sales manager Lee, stepped in to work out a deal I was extremely happy with. My new ST Line Ford Explorer is so beautiful. I have gotten so many compliments. I will definitely be a return customer to this dealership. Buying a car doesn't have to be a stressful and agonizing experience. Not at Vista. They were willing to work with me and find the right deal to make me a very happy customer. Wouldn't go anywhere else after this
