Woodland Ford has a new, happy customer for life, even though I purchased my 2022 Ford Maverick Hybrid from another Ford dealership. After reading other positive reviews, I switched to Woodland Ford for the newest recall service, previous recalls and warranty maintenance necessitating a lost workday and the expense of a daily rental. When I called Woodland Ford, Jim courteously and promptly assisted me. I felt like I'd been treated to the red carpet by Jim, then Sophie, then the service advisor who actually performed the recall maintenance at my house, Eddie. Woodland Ford bends over backwards, as possible, to customize service to a client's needs. They embody the spirit of a good neighbor. This is the first time since purchasing my truck that I've felt confident about quality maintenance and, moreso, exceptional customer service, for years to come. Thank you Jim, Sophie and Eddie.
