I had a check engine light come on in my 2021 Jetta after my car got inspected last week. Frank called me the next day to get me back in to diagnose it ASAP. Frank not only got me an appointment quickly he also made sure I had a loaner car for the day while my car was getting looked and stayed late for me to pick it up.My check engine light is now off and I really appreciate franks and Piazza VW's attentiveness to resolving my issue.
