2021 Ford Mustang-Mach-e Select

I scheduled a oil change. I noticed one of my air valve caps was missing. I didn’t say anything about something that small. But, when I was leaving. I noticed that I had a new cap to match the other caps. They are custom caps! For the technician to take the time to match a custom cap really means a lot to me. I have had my car serviced there for the last five years . Always right in,and right out. Thank you Napleton. Keep up the good work!

Exceptional and true are the first things that come to mind when you think of Napleton Lincoln. I called to see if I could set an appointment I was told there was one open within 20 minutes of my call and right away as soon as I arrived my car was brought in for service. I was greeted I was offered refreshments. I was getting a oil change, tire rotation and one tire had to be service due to a nail. A vehicle was offered to me but there was no need for it I waited for the service and before I knew it my car was ready. Quick friendly service, car was washed and I was ready to go again greatly appreciate all of the service from Dennis Murdock and the rest of his crew I look forward to having future business with them....

I absolutely love the service that I received when I took my car there. Johnny Kocovsky the service manager was great!!! He explained to me what my car needed and made sure that it was taken care of. He even had my car washed when the work was done. I would definitely recommend this place if you need service done on your car. Two thumbs up ???? ????
