Jimmy the used car manager was awesome. I had some unfinished issues with my purchase that was made from North Carolina. Jimmy always called back when he said and mostly he was always professional. Wonderful dealership! Was looking for a certified used Ford and I am so happy I came to Germain Ford. Sarah was lovely to work with and she made the buying process simple and painless!
