Where do I start? If you're going to Prestige Mitsubishi in East Providence, RI, you have GOT TO ask to work with Michael Pimental!! This man is "the god" of car sales. Today, I saw him work a miracle! I was in bind; hated the car I was in and wanted out of it. I hadn't had the despised car for very long ( less than a year) and was going to be in a negative equity situation to get into something else. I don't know how he did it ( and he didn't make me any guaranteed promises), but he was able to work some magic, made a miracle happen and found me a vehicle I absolutely love!!! I cannot stress enough how wonderful of a sales person he is! He is very easy going, easy to work with, doesn't pressure you and will work his a** off to do right by you. He will find a way (even if it's a 13% chance) to make things happen, even when everyone else has told you no (even surprising his managers). Trust me, if you need a new car, used car or want to get out of a regretted purchase... go to Prestige Mitsubishi and see Mike. If he can't make your magic happen, no-one else will!!! Go see him!!
