Eddi was absolutely FABULOUS, along with everyone else I spoke to during the buying process of my Bronco! Would definitely go back next time I’m in need of a vehicle. The service department was also lovely to work with and put in my new rubber floor mats before I went home with the car!

***** MY ORIGINAL 2 Star REVIEW***** I found a car on Car Gurus that was at Victory Ford. The price listed on Car Gurus was not the actual sticker price. I would think that they would get their prices to advertise from the dealer. So, be careful and call before you go. I gave it a 2-star because Jason, our salesman, was a good guy. He just got caught in the middle. *****MY UPDATED REVIEW**** After speaking with Brian P the GM, he fully understood my situation. They rectified the situation by placing a banner across the photo of the car clarifying that the price was reflecting "After Rebate". Seeing his heart and taking action so this will not happen again, I made a deal with Brian to buy the car. He and Jason were great to deal with and more import, my wife is happy. The moral of the story is, everyone makes mistakes and when they own them you deserve to give them a second chance! It's all good and I change my rating to a 4, only because we only received 1 key for the vehicle. Oh well... Life goes on!

Just bought a vehicle from this dealership and it was a GREAT , EASY and very WELCOMING Experience! Being a young adult it might feel very intimidating to do that process but Andrew at Victory Ford and the rest of the staff was great and made it very simple. And they went out of their way to help us when our original car wouldn’t start after purchasing the new vehicle! Thank you again????
