2023 Ford Mustang-Mach-e Premium

My wife and I came here to purchase a used vehicle but ended up purchasing a new car instead. I have never met such an amazing group of people at a dealership before. My wife felt welcomed from the moment we pulled up at the parking lot. Our sales person, Natalie made the experience of purchasing a vehicle fun again. She took care of us and made sure we were satisfied, she was awesome and we highly recommend you ask for her when you purchase your next vehicle. Natalie in Sales made buying a top-of-the-line pickup an absolute pleasure. She was very honest, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect for my purchase. I have been here twice for simple maintenance issues since Ford took over this location and both times it went well. Kimberly was very nice and the mechanic even did a complimentary once over this time to let me know upcoming things to do like replacing two tires at my next annual service appointment (which I assumed already but was good to know for sure so I can have that scheduled with my oil change). The free coffee is nice and while it isn't a dealership where you can kill time looking at cars (and the TV wasn't on this time) you can always take a walk around the area. There are a few restaurants and a donut shop nearby that I've been to if you have a long wait but want to stick around. I believe they will also drive you home (like at the previous Santa Monica location where I used the service once).
