2023 Ford Mustang-Mach-e Premium

I’m a life long Chevrolet owner. When a tornado totaled my old Chevy Equinox we went to Myrtle Beach Chevrolet for a replacement. Monica met us as soon as we arrived. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. She even stayed late to make sure I understood all of the new gadgets. The owner and other sales folk stopped by to meet us and chat. Terrific experience! I LOVE my new car.

My wife and I had been looking for a specific Tahoe for a while. Every time we'd schedule to come see one at another dealership they'd sell it before we could get there to give it a test drive. But not Myrtle Beach Chevrolet! I called and worked with Chris Irving. He was awesome! He set the Tahoe aside for us till we made the 4 hr drive there. Instantly fell in love with the vehicle and decided to buy! Any minor or major issues we're immediately fixed or scheduled to be fixed at a later time. We came back about two weeks later for some scheduled maintenance, they shuttled us around while we waited (the shuttle driver Chris was awesome as well!). Maintenance took no time at all and we were on our way to the beach within the hour! Everyone I spoke with was cordial and helpful. Timeliness, Punctuality, Professionalism, these are the things we experienced at Myrtle Beach Chevrolet!

Mark my sales person was awesome. Brad the finance guy was great. Had no complaints what so ever. Got me out as fast as possible car was gassed and well explained and i felt i got a great deal. Ty again.
