2024 Ford Mustang-Mach-e Premium

I purchased a 2008 BMW 328i in September with ~89000 miles. The dealer (AJ) made himself available for the purchase after normal operation hours and it was great to deal with. The car met my expectations and, besides the cracked windshield - fixed by Luxury Motorsportz at no cost - there are no issues and I am very pleased with it. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed when the dealer failed to provide the second key of the car even though the bill of sell stated that it will be included. The dealer assured me that the second key will come together with the title of the car BUT when the title came the second key provided by the dealer WAS NOT from the car I bought. The dealer refused to answer to my request to have the cost for purchasing the second key covered and, therefore set me back $250 for purchasing a new spare key from Kuni BMW. My advise: GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH AND A GOOD DEALER OVERALL. MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING YOU NEED BEFORE YOU PAY FOR THE CAR OR YOU WILL NEVER GET IT AFTERWARDS. Pros: good dealer, good car, fair price Cons: never fulfilled his commitment to provide the second key of the car. Never answered to my request to cover the cost of the second key purchased from Kuni Conclusion: Nice peoples to work with, good car and fair price. Great experience but unfortunately dishonest regarding the second key of the car. Response to dealer's comment: The fact that Luxury Motorsportz did not fulfill their commitments regarding the second key of the car WAS NOT A MISUNDERSTANDING BUT PURE MISLEADING! The dealer should've reimburse the cost of the second key as it was part of the price agreed to be paid for the car. The buyer actually paid additional $250 for the car making this a not so good deal. The rating for this dealer could've been adjusted down in accordance with this incident but I still hope Luxury will make this right and pay for the key. I will return with a new update after the Christmas.

I not long ago have bought a BMW from here, I honestly was very hesitant there wasn't much reviews and some reviews on other website where really making me not to go for it, but to be honest the car checked out took it to a mechanic and to the bmw shop and it did check out. A.j was very honest and straight forward he is not the type of seller who will try to trick you "making a cat look like a dog" not at all, he does his best to help. I highly recommend and I can safely say that, and if you come to a point where you think the price is so good to be true just take it to a mechanic have a presale inspection for 30 bucks and drive it do your part, the point I am trying to make is A.J is not going to try to screw you over but instead he wants to build strong connections with his customers. I was very happy with this purchase the car is so amazingly beautiful hands down best purchase experiance I have ever had! Thank you A.J for this experince!

I bought a BMW from them from 300 miles away. Answered questions honestly, good communication too. When I drove over car was exactly as described, Price was great too SOLD. I would highly recommend my mom to buy from them. P.S. they are looking for a porsche for me currently.
