2023 Ford Mustang-Mach-e

I bought my 2022 Bronco Sport from Serramonte Ford and have returned for service twice, once for an oil change and once for recalls. Both times, I had a great experience. Even though I live in the East Bay, I drive to Serramonte because I trust them to be honest and thorough. Kyle, my service advisor, is excellent at explaining everything clearly, especially when it comes to warranty coverage. Highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service!

Adrian was very helpful to help me order/build the mach e of my choice. He also kept in contact and tried to get me a mach e as soon as he could find one similar to my build. When an exact build came in that another customer passed on he didnt hesitate to call me to see if i wanted to check it out so i got to drive away with the mach e i wanted earlier than expected thank you! Adrian took the time for us to go by another day with questions and to help with setting up other profiles and other ford apps on my parents phones. Will for sure go back to adrian if i have any issues or questions!
