Luis made this truck buying experience very easy and stress free. My wife and I have bought 7 vehicles from Licardi Ford over the years and I can honestly say this one was the easiest. I need the truck for work and didn’t have a lot of time to spend researching. I saw the truck on a Sunday and sent Luis a picture of the window sticker and he took it from there. He answered all of my questions by phone and had everything ready when we went to pick it up. He definitely puts customer service and satisfaction above closing a deal which made me feel very comfortable about buying this truck.
