This five star review goes to the service department. It’s easier to get a five star review for good service initially then it is to actually run into a problem and have to recover. The service department at Richey today earned a five star review for one of the best recoveries we have ever experienced. We had taken our vehicle for routine service last week. We ran into a problem with that service once we got the automobile home. When we called the service desk and let them know, we had a problem as soon as they got all the necessary details, they Dispatched a service person and vehicle to our home, picked up the vehicle, took it back to the dealership, and repaired it, and returned it to us within a matter of hours. Our vehicle is back in the garage safe and sound To get that good as service response to begin with was astounding. Get everything done in that short period of time was nothing short of Miraculous.!
