I went in yesterday and was helped by Marlena at the service dept.She did such an amazing job. I went in knowing my f150 needed maintenance and went out paying nothing for oil/filters/ and radiator fluid replacement, she took the time to ask if I wanted to use my points , I said what points? And she said you have over 60,000 cuz u bought a car! I was so surprised! She is so helpful and always courteous to her customers. Thank you PS Ford. What was gonna be over 300 bucks was 0. Great deal!
