2021 Ford Mustang-Mach-e Premium

Russel was my salesman. When he asked what vehicle I was interested in I told him the white Dodge 2500 diesel pick up. Russel showed me some of the options on the truck and the miles on the odometer. Russel also informed me that the batteries were low from sitting. The truck was so clean and I could tell it was well cared for. It was a 2018 model and looked new. I let him know I would be back the next day with my trade in vehicle and he let me know the batteries would be charged and I could drive it when I returned. Russel then introduced me to his boss James “JC” Cervantes. Russel and James were very thorough about telling me about the Cummins Diesel that the truck came with and it’s pulling power. I had told them that my wife and I had recently purchased a new RV travel trailer for our retirement. I came back the next day and drove the truck and fell in love. Russel and James bent over backwards making me a great deal and trade in price for my old truck. Russel, James, and Michelle were very polite and nice. This is my first time I purchase a car. Since I called the dealer Geroge was the person who helped me. He was very patient and very kind. I drove about two hours to get there. When I got there the car was washed , shiny and ready to test drive. As soon as I drove it, I was ready to take it. I went there with the mentality of $400 payment but the boss man helped me w the warranty to get a great price. The process was easy and I drove home with my new car and that same weekend we took my new car on a family road trip to Vegas. Thank you all at the dealer for making me complete my first car purchase. I even got a picture with a bow! I couldn't miss that.
