2023 Ford Mustang-Mach-e Premium

This was my second visit here. While my first interaction left a lot to be desired, they did a great job this time around. Kristina Took time to listen to me and understand my issue and explained what the likely resolution would be. My car was ready when I was told it would be and freshly cleaned to boot! So far the repair that was done seems to be working, so I am happy to have found, a Kia dealership that I can count on.

I have always found car shopping to be very stressful. That all changed after I purchased a Kia Sportage Hybrid from Ourisman Kia if Catonsville. My Sales Manager Jacob Stigdon was just awesome in every way. He started by asking specifically what I was shopping for and then proceeded to make that happen. Jacob was extremely detailed in every aspect of this transition including the following: A great test drive. He was able to help me understand how to execute every aspect of the vehicle. He was extremely patient and helpful for a person who really needed both. It resulted in my being able to fully operate the vehicle before I left the lot. Jacob worked with the Financing Office to help coordinate the financing of the vehicle. He worked hard to make sure he was meeting my needs for purchase to happen. Jacob personally gave me a detailed tour of the Service Department so it will be very easy when I schedule routine maintenance. As I told Jacob as I left with my new vehicle, that this had been the best car buying experience I had ever had. Excellent experience with my salesman, his manager and the finance manager. Manager. I was provided with good information in a no pressure sales environment. All of my questions were answered and the car, which was used, was in very nice shape. They made the final sales process as smooth as possible.
