Hyundai of Trenton greatly exceeded my expectations when visiting the dealership to test drive and possibly buy a vehicle. I came across a vehicle through an online ad and contacted the dealership immediately as it was the exact vehicle I was searching for the last 6 months. Peter responded to my inquiry ASAP and we setup a time to test drive the truck. I was able to arrive an hour earlier than discussed and Peter gladly accepted and accommodated me. We test drove the truck and I wanted to purchase immediately. The entire process went very smooth, most people dread going to a dealership to purchase a vehicle, this experience proved otherwise. Peter made sure all my needs were met, explained all aspects of the purchase clearly and before you knew it I was sitting with Frank in financing. Expectations were exceeded again when working with Frank, all financing options and details where clearly provided and I was able to make my decision with very little effort. There were no attempts or pressure to add on additional plans/coverages, etc. I got the monthly payment I was looking for prior to arriving at the dealership and I will recommend Hyundai of Trenton to anyone looking for a vehicle, whether a Hyundai or another make/model. I am going to be recommending Peter and Hyundai of Trenton to hopefully find a vehicle they have been looking for at least 8 months.
