2023 Ford Mustang-Mach-e Premium

I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I bought my car from them 11 years ago and they make me feel like I just bought it yesterday. By that I mean they treat you with so much respect so much compassion for your inconvenience of dealing with repairs. Dealerships get a bad rep.... Never can say that about Bob Thomas. Highly recommend them above anyone.... From the salesperson to the manager to the service department.... to Bob Thomas himself... The best of the best.

I had a issue with my transmission on my Ford Focus and I only have 33,264 miles on it. I brought it in for a recall for a module in the transmission. At first they said they drove it and ran a diagnostic test on it and found nothing wrong. I was charged a $163.00 because they couldn’t find anything wrong which I knew there was. So I started to drive home on the highway and the transmission started acting up again which was scary on the highway. I called back to Bob Thomas and told the lady on the phone and she said bring it back. Once I brought it back on the same day which was Friday, I waited till Monday for Bob Thomas to call me back. When they called they said it is the module and that they would fix it as soon as the part comes in. I stopped by on Monday to pick my car up and the boss Glen was awesome with refunding me my money back for the diagnostic test because the problem is the recall. I fully understand why they charged me because everybody has to answer to someone. They can’t just check cars for free and I’m sure everything they do has to be accounted for. Ruth was also very nice to us a I wanna thank them both! I hope the part comes in soon and is fixed because I have to get to work as we all do. I will give a updated review once the car is drivable again. I would of gave 5 stars but the only thing was, when I called to make a appointment to bring the car in the guy on the phone said harshly that they don’t have any appointments till March 17th at 8 a.m. So I waited almost a month to bring the car in to be checked which is fine if they are booked. BUT my 8a.m appointment to just run a diagnostic test took almost 6 hours as I walked all around Hamden Plaza thinking they would be done by at least 10 a.m. Thank Our Lord I had someone come pick me up. Besides the appointment Bob Thomas has some great people that are assets to their dealership.

NancyLee and Anthony took very good care of me when purchasing a new "used" vehicle that I needed. She suggested the better deal for me, worked the numbers, and sold me a fantastic 2020 Ford EcoSport while Anthony took care of all the signing of the paperwork and getting my vehicle ready within a couple of hours. Not bad! I highly recommend Bob Thomas Ford!
