Leo was friendly, nice, cared about our vehicle of choice and found an amazing car for us. Leo really does know his job and cares about customers. I enjoyed doing business with him. No forgetting DJ. He fought to make sure we came back home with our choice car. DJ is lively, like to make jokes a lot and an amazing financial consultant. So I had an appointment at Koons Lexus of Wilmington. No expectations but they had a vehicle I was interested in. Signed in and was introduced to Erik. When I tell you I had an amazing experience it’s exactly what I mean. Erik was awesome and put me into an absolutely perfect vehicle. He was knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and my wife’s questions. Long story short I’ve never had a better experience buying a car. The whole process was simple. Outstanding experience!! I actually called about the car before it was posted as ready and while it was still in the detail shop but Drew still gave me all the information and specs and also personally went to the techs and made sure the car was ready upon my arrival. Car was above expected condition for the price which he did not inflate even when another issue appeared, Drew just had it corrected immediately. The whole process was professional and courteous.
