I recently purchased a bucket list vehicle from Empire Ford. What is unique is that I live in Florida, so purchasing online can be daunting to say the least. However, Kevin Bancroft made the experience quite exceptional through providing information, being responsive to questions, sending photos and video of the vehicle, and putting forth a good effort in negotiating a deal. Mark Gautier was an excellent salesman and sold me a new F-150 Ford truck with all the options I needed. It is quiet in the cabin, the bucket seats are very comfortable and it rides well with the larger tires. It has a good-looking appearance and my friends have given me favorable comments on the style of this truck. The engine is powerful, yet has an excellent MPG. I have done business with the Ford Motor Company for many, many years. I purchased this truck at Empire Ford in Fall River, MA.
