Chris gave me the best options and all applicable discounts as well as finance options in a nice summary sheet. I was able to make a final determination on financing and warranty options after a full review of the information he provided, and the process went very smooth. Chris is also very responsive and responded to each of my emails helping me feel more confident that the decisions I was making were the best decisions for me. All services and options chosen were accurately and easily presented at time of signing and the entire process and time in the dealership was just about an hour.
