Outstanding dealership. I have bought several cars from Ted Britt Ford Chantilly (3 mustangs, 2 F150s, and a Fusion). In the pictures below, I bought the Mustang from Derek and the F150 and several others from Randy. They are always very accommodating and low pressure. Even when I made a bonehead mistake and bought a manual mustang with a bad knee, they went the extra mile and found me the one I needed the next morning moved it over and wrestled with the bank to let me swap. Joe Britt himself did that...Seriously, what other dealer would do that? They are up front about pricing and discounts/incentives, and what you do and don't qualify for...no bait and switch. In my experience they give a fair price for trades as well. Also, when Ford and every other dealer in town was telling me that there was nothing wrong with the transmission in my 2011 mustang with 20K miles, TBF tore it down and took a look...then invited me in to do the same. Yep, it was crunchy inside...they rebuilt it with updated parts and it was butter smooth until the day I sold it with 130K miles on it. I honestly can't see a reason to go anywhere else...I have tried the other guys...it's a completely different experience. Good on you TBF for knowing how to treat a customer.
My experience at Ted Britt Ford felt like I flew into town to have a couple hours long conversation with some friends and then I walked out to my new truck, hopped in & drove home. I’m surprised we didn’t end up at a local pub. Thank you Ali, Malcolm, & Jake. And also to the dealer service department for doing a full inspection, service, and detail that most dealers don’t get into. The ride back to Cleveland was smooth ????????
