Over all the best car buying experience I have had. Everything was great! Mr. Butler made things super easy for me, stayed on top of everything and delivered everything he promised. I was very satisfied with the Ultimate Warranty offered as well. The vehicle was perfect for our needs and was specially reserved for us. We were made aware as soon as it arrived and were able to go take a look before we met the following day to sign the documents.

Been searching for a car for 2wks after approval from my bank. 2 cars I was looking for was a Lexus NX-300 or Mazda CX-30 with red interior and AUSTIN did what I expected and wanted love the customer service. He sent application to me to start process due to I know what I want, I’m approved already through my bank, and I wish to put $0 down payment upon purchase. After knowing my expectations (with other car dealerships trying to get me to do different) it literally only took him 2 days, would have been 1 day due to I wanted to test drive 1st and he brought the car to me to test drive same day (love that experience and commitment). Second day (Thursday) sent over my insurance due to finalizing purchase and they held the car for me that following Saturday for pick up when I was off work and able to pick up my new Mazda CX-30 with red interior ???? AUSTIN gets ??????????’s from me and will refer family, friends, and associates to AUSTIN at Five Star Chevrolet…..

I felt totally comfortable with Austin! He did an awesome job and got me into the Trailblazer I wanted AND was able to get my payments UNDER what I thought they were gonna be!!! I will recommend these guys to EVERYONE!!!
