I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Jonathon on my journey of acquiring a new car. Out of all of my experiences with purchasing a car, out of all of the car dealers I’ve visited in the past, he had by far made this experience my best one! He was very attentive, and gave me the best customer service ever. I didn’t feel pressured like at most other dealerships. I didn’t feel like he was just a car salesman trying to sale me any car, I actually felt like he ensured that the car that I chose, was the car that I actually wanted. He really paid attention to the smallest details. I honestly feel guilty for not coming to this dealership earlier. The whole dealership honestly has excellent customer service. They really do go above and beyond. So I say all of that to say I am now the owner of a 2020 Mazda cx-5. All white exterior, dark gray leather interior, sunroof, boise speakers…. And the price….the price was a great deal????????. Definitely will be returning for any future purchases. Also y’all should definitely check them out for your oil change. They definitely have competitive pricing ????!

I went to gerald jones just to explore cars the other day! I had such a fabulous experience that I actually left with a beautiful car! Carson was patient, showed me all the cars I was interested in (even when I said I was just looking!), and was quick and understanding with all the paperwork! My experience was fabulous and because of Carson and the Gerald Jones team I left with a fabulous car! If you are looking for a car I highly recommend asking for Carson!!!!
