I was joyed after waiting an entire year for my Ford Maverick to hear that my truck had arrived! I am overwhelmed with how perfect my truck is, I love it! We just want to thank Charlie for helping us with all of the paperwork and teaching me how to use all of the things in my new truck (he spent a lot of time teaching me and making sure that I understood everything). Thank you to Armando (Regional Vice President) for coming out and recognizing that we were picking up our long awaited vehicle, remembering our names and congratulating us on our purchase as well as one of your mechanics, Corbin, who inspected the Maverick and who came out to the front of the dealership to congratulate us as well!
