I placed a special order for my new Ford F250 with Oliver Nunez at Norm Reeves Ford. We discussed details and what pricing would be when the truck finally arrived. When it came time to complete the purchase, Oliver was on top of everything we had discussed. He had kept very detailed notes of all that we had discussed. All of this and they did not ask for any kind of deposit at time of order. No commitment on my part to actually purchase the truck. I was very impressed with the ordering and purchasing process.

I recently had a Works Fuel Saver Package special (I always try take advantage of the coupons) and they also performed their World Class Inspection. My service advisor, Tony Y. is very helpful and patiently answered all my service questions. My car was ready earlier than promised (I chose to wait inside) and it was ready for me after I paid. Another pleasant surprise was that Tony arranged to have my car washed before I received it. I have had many other great experiences at Norm Reeves. Their customer service has always earned 5 stars from me.
