I really like going to Dowling Ford. Every one goes out of their way to be helpful. Sales, Office staff and Service department. I’ve bought my last two cars from them. I didn’t use them for service because they were further away from my home. I had a warranty issue and the dealer in Milford dropped the ball really bad. I called Fran the Head of sales to ask his advice. He went out of his way to fix this. Scott the service manager took over this mess and with his staff fixed everything. Diagnosed things that Milford never noticed. They have a great pickup and drop off service. So if you’re thinking they are too far away they have you covered. Thank you Dowling management and staff!!!!!

Brought my vehicle there for the first time based on a recommendation and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was wonderful and had a chance to speak with the lead mechanic who was also super nice. The items were fixed relatively quickly and my car was delivered to me on time. They also noticed items that other Ford dealers claimed were 'non-issues.' Thank you to the team at Dowling! I'll be bringing my vehicle back anytime I need service!
