Eugene in Service really took care of me and my baby! Had a slight (non) issue that I had to come back for and he got my F1Fiddy on a rack like IMMEDIATELY! Had Wayne (whom I've worked with 20 years ago at Sil TerHar) inspect and give me a clean bill of health. My first experience at this dealership was today, a female representative by the name of Kim show me around the entire complex. Help me with a finding a representative that could help me with a warranty transfer form and even offered me refreshments and conversation about the O'Meara dealership. That is what I call great customer service, and showed me all the history of the past O'Meara Ford dealerships. I will bring my new to me Ford truck there for servicing. It's a little farther of a drive than the one that's closest to me by about 15 miles, but I think it'd be well worth it. Kim is a great representative to O'Mara Ford. Thanks again, David B
