I had a remarkable experience with my service writer, Matt. I must say, he truly exceeded my expectations by going the extra mile. He even took the initiative to contact me on his personal cell phone after he was off from work, just to keep me informed about the progress of my vehicle. What's more, he didn't neglect to keep us updated on my girlfriend's car, which was also being serviced at the same time. In my opinion, this level of customer service is exceptional and not something you would typically encounter at a car dealership. The team at Veterans should be commended for their unwavering commitment to providing such exceptional service. Well done!

We had the best experience yesterday. Justin showed me several vehicles and I had such a hard time deciding which one I wanted. He was so patient and answered all my questions over and over. Justin took great care of us. They were really busy but he made sure we had his attention the entire time. I ended up purchasing a new Bronco Sport and I love it!! I recommend going to Veterans Ford and please ask for Justin!
