I needed to purchase a specific car, the Ford Escape Hybrid to replace mine, totaled in a not-y-fault accident. Lehighton Ford had a nice one. We drove to see it--45-50 minutes away from us. After thinking it over, I decided to buy it. The dealership fixed a couple of small things and then it was ready. An unexpected occurrence delayed my purchase: a customer clipped the rear quarter panel and the car needed to be repaired! However, the repair was done beautifully and quickly, and two days later the car was mine. The staff was stellar--especially Bo Kesek, the sales associate, who went above and beyond to get me set up with FordPass etc.

Great buying experience!! I did not feel pressured by sales tactics and the team was helpful before, during and after purchase. One of the few dealerships where I actually felt treated like a person. If you’re fed up with the typical car buying experience, give it one more try at Lehighton Ford!!
