Amanda Davis and Chris were awesome to deal with! I was up in the air on which vehicle and asked them a million questions and they were quick to respond and I never felt as if I was being a nuisance to them. They have a great staff here at Parks Ford! Even though, in my case, I didn’t end up getting the car, Mr. Manny, Ms. Shelby and Mr. Chris, their Sales Mgr treated me with such great care and attention throughout the whole process. I had questions and concerns, and they addressed them easily and went out of their way to offer solutions and input. I live over 7 hrs away and was more than willing to make the trek over there to get a car if it came to it, and their customer service would have been a huge reason for me to do so, if it came down to a choice of dealerships. Thank you, I really appreciated the communication and who knows, maybe next time it may happen! But for everyone else, do give them a shot… I can honestly say that I feel no scorn or disappointment in not landing the vehicle, as their service was *that* welcoming and amazing! Try ‘em out!
