I want to share my 2021 F 150 buying experience. My wife and I purchased a 2021 F 150, I traded in my 2018 F 150 that I purchased from Finnin Ford years back. I returned to Finnin to buy a second time because my first purchase was so positive and seamless. Chris Cruz (Salesman) and Curtis (Sales Manager) were my contacts this time and I couldn't be happier. Chris bent over backwards to answer questions, program phones to the truck and explain how our new truck operates. (Chris is a technology expert for sure). We wanted to put a deal together, Curtis jumps in here and makes things come together. Curtis just came over and asked what we needed to make the deal happen, we told him and he put it together. Most dealerships, you don't come face to face with the Sales Manager, here you do. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle you owe it to yourself, at least give Finnin Ford a chance at your business. I assure you, you will not regret that. Thank you Chris and Curtis for a second positive buying experience. I love my new F 150, I'll be back in another few years to update this truck! Thank you!

Cory greeted us at the door and informed us that the vehicle was in transit. We told him we were interested. He took down our contact information and he reached out to us as soon as it arrived. We scheduled an appointment with him. Cory was very personable. We went on a test drive; Cory was able to answer all of our questions. The vehicle ended up being the one we have been looking for. I would go back to Mike Finnin Ford and buy another vehicle from Cory.
